    2. Service Execution

    Lawn Commander provides military-grade landscaping, lawn maintenance, and snow removal services. We commit to:

    • Executing services according to the agreed-upon schedule and specifications.
    • Maintaining professional conduct and utilizing commercial-grade equipment.
    • Communicating promptly regarding any delays due to severe weather or unforeseen operational constraints.

    3. Quotes and Pricing

    All quotes provided are estimates based on the property description and requested services. Final pricing may be adjusted upon initial property inspection if conditions differ significantly from the provided information. Once a service agreement is finalized, prices are locked in for the duration of the contract term.

    4. Client Responsibilities

    To ensure safe and efficient service delivery, clients must:

    • Ensure the property is accessible on scheduled service days.
    • Remove obstacles, toys, tools, and pet waste from the service area prior to our arrival.
    • Ensure pets are secured indoors during service execution.

    5. Weather Delays

    Landscaping and snow removal are heavily dependent on weather conditions. We reserve the right to alter service schedules due to rain, extreme heat, heavy snowfall, or other acts of nature to ensure the safety of our crews and the quality of our work.

    6. Payment Terms

    Invoices are issued upon completion of one-off services or on a monthly billing cycle for recurring maintenance. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a service charge.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    While we take utmost care during our operations, Lawn Commander shall not be held liable for damage to hidden or unmarked items (e.g., shallow irrigation lines, invisible dog fences, cables) that were not properly disclosed prior to service.
